In case I am too tired when I get home to post this, here are my fitbit stats for the day. 19,000 steps woohoo!!! I went for a 2 hour walk today listening to Elisabeth Sladen’s Autobiography (I’m a Whovian, obviously). I walked 14,000 steps and 6.8 miles on that walk. Yeah, I was dripping in sweat the whole time because it was 90º today, but no complaints because I feel great! I drank a ton of lemon water when I got home, and now I’m all cleaned out to go out with my friend tonight. I haven’t eaten much today, just some greek yogurt, an apple, some watermelon, a piece of ezekiel bread. Needless to say, I’M HUNGRY. I’m hoping I’m going to make smart and healthy choices for dinner when I go out. Yes, I can eat a bit more food because I’ve eaten so little, but I don’t want to go overboard. My feet are a bit tired, but I’ve got more walking to do when I go out with my friend. I look great and I feel great today.

Healthy things I did today:
Drank lots of lemon water
Went for a long walk
Did my schoolwork diligently.
Spent time with my family.
Didn’t touch a soda all day.
Spent very little time at my desk.
